The Biebs and the Binky. Justin Bieber is 22 years old, but he’s a baby, baby, baby at heart. On a break from his Purpose tour, the “Sorry” singer is in the French Riviera vacationing with some pals. While out on the town in Saint-Tropez Wednesday night, Bieber, who claims to be tired of all the attention he gets, was photographed sucking on a blue and white pacifier as he walked down the street.
