Shooting inside new york city where hip hop artist T.I. was abut 2 perform in Union Square on Wednesday, leaving
one person dead and three others wounded, according
to the New York City Deputy Commissioner of Public
Information.
Emergency services responded to the scene to treat
three unidentified male victims and one female victim.
One 33-year-old male victim who was shot in the
stomach was rushed to Bellvue Hospital where he was
pronounced dead.
Another male victim was shot in the chest, while a third
suffered a gunshot wound to the leg. The female victim
suffered an injury to her leg as well.
According to the DCPI, the shooting occurred before the
35-year-old rapper took the stage.
